Start with the downside and the costs that shape the result.
Read the learning note
Before committing capital, identify what you could lose, how you would exit and which costs apply. Fees, spreads and financing costs can reduce a gain or increase a loss. An expected return is a scenario, not a promise.
Check the size of the exposure, the effect of leverage and whether you can afford the loss. Compare outcomes after costs, using the same time horizon.

A wallet manages access to assets on a network. Before a transfer, verify the asset, supported network and full destination address using trusted sources. Check fees and any destination requirements before authorizing.
In DeFi, a token approval and a transfer are different actions. Read the requested permissions and amount. Smart contracts, interfaces and bridges introduce additional risks. Never share a seed phrase or private key.

Reading market analysis
Separate the finding from the conditions that support it.
Read the learning note
Identify the instrument, data timestamp and time horizon first. Then read the evidence and conditions behind the outlook. A finding on one timeframe does not automatically apply to another.
Look for what would invalidate the view, when the analysis expires and whether it has been updated. A conditional forecast describes an outlook; it does not guarantee an outcome.
